This Hump-Day we are getting after a very fun, but very tough workout. Today’s workout is a team/partner WOD. So make sure you bring your two best training buddies for this one. You guys will be put in teams of three!


For Time:
1500m Row (500m Each)
100 HSPU (Or 100 HR Push-Ups)
100 T2B (or 100 Sit-Ups)
100 DB. S2OH (45/25)
100 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
100 DU’s (Or 300 Singles)
