Lets get over the “Hump” with this fast workout. One pretty solid shooting point on this workout is going unbroken with a all the movements, but the thrusters. You should split these early on into five and five. It should allow you to push harder on third and final round!

10 Thrusters (115/85)
10 Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)
10 Burpees
