TUESDAY!!

You guys survived “Murph”!!! Way to go guys. For all of you who weren’t able to make it in yesterday we sure missed you and you guys will have another opportunity to do this one in not too long. As far as today goes we have a SPRINT workout in store y’all. Make sure to push for all eight minutes, it will go a lot faster than you guys think.
