This one is a little wacky, but we like it! You will work yourself down the column each round. So, the first round is “5,10,30” and the next round brings you right back to the top of the burpee box jumps. Even though this workout does seem to have a lot going you will only have 20 MINUTES TO GET IT DONE!! So, if bench press is a challenge or jumping high is an obstacle don’t be afraid to drop some weight or height. We want to up the intensity in this one not the risk for injury. See you all in the morning!
