Lets conquer the Hump Day with this other nasty workout!!   3 Rounds: 21 Cal. Row 15 HSPU 9 Snatches (115/85)


This Tuesday we are practicing a chipper! They will be on the Open and today is a pretty great day to practice all of these movements as well.   27-18-15-12-9: Wall Balls (20/14) Chest-to-Bar


We are starting things up with this week with a cardio blaster!! A good goal for today and the open is stringing at 500 double-unders together!   12 Min. EMOM: 1: 15 Burpees 2: 50 DU’s 3: 200m Run


We are hitting some light cardio as a finisher for today! 12 Min. AMRAP: 300m Run 15 Sit-Ups 15 Squats
