MONDAY!!

We are testing out clean and jerk today. Even though we are mid Open, we still need to stay strong. Lets see if anyone set a new PR today!!   16 Min. E2MOM (8RDS): 1 Clean & Jerk@ 60% *INCREASING EVERY ROUND!! *You will be working up!! *Last two rounds should be PR attempts!!
