We are chasing a CFSC benchmark today. Lets see how much you guys can improve on this one by. This are full snatches with a SQUAT!!!   For Time: 40 Snatches (135/95)


We are breaking out the sleds and getting some sunshine with this simple, but efficient workout.   2 Rounds: 200m Run 50ft. Sled Push (185/135) 10 Shoulders to Over Head (95/55) 20 Squats


We have a fun one in store today. The dumbbell snatches will be alternating and the standards are the same as the standards during the CrossFit Open. Lets get it!   For Time: 800m Row 50 KB. Swings (35/26) 300 Jump Rope Singles 800m Row 50 DB. Snatches (40/20)
