October¬†is finally here and we have a new CrossFitter of the Month!!! This month’s crossfitter of the month is the very hardworking and springy Logan. He has some serious hops that you should ask him about next time you see him. Today we are welcoming in Fall with a fun variation from the Team Series currently going on today. The final score will be the total amount of rep you have completed after all threes stations of work have been concluded.
