We are back to normal group classes this week. Ninja Camp is OVER!!! Nonetheless, this weekend we won’t have a Saturday class. I will be down in Del Mar getting my CrossFit Level 2!! Plan accordingly. Today’ workout is a toughie. Lets conquer the week.
