We are testing a lot of our lifts this week. Today will be maxing out on our snatch for strength component of class. Make sure to come in early enough to have a good sweat going or to do any additional mobility that you would like to do. Furthermore, today’s workout is a nasty one! For the dumbbell push press we are alternating hands on each one.
