MONDAY!!

We will only have one class today and it will be at 8:45 AM!!!! We will be doing our standard Memorial Day workout…. “Murph”!! This workout personifies some of the small hardships that arm forces members go through and it is named after fallen Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy; he was killed in Afghanistan at the age of 29. If they can withstand so much punishment over seas and all around the world to keep you and I free you can push yourself for this tiny amount of time, just to pay tribute to them to a small extent. If you would like to further support the troops and fallen soldiers you can bring some goodies to be shipped to them or even donate to/sign up for the Murph Challenge!! Time to get SWEATY!!!
