This is our last week workout for the 2018 five day calendar. We ARE CLOSED FROM THE 24TH TILL JANUARY 2ND!!! However, if you are a subscriber to our Sugar WOD app you will be receiving special workout during our break! Nonetheless, make sure to make it in today’s or tomorrow’s (Saturday’s) workout for the last bit of fun before we take our break. Today’s workout is a sprint!! We are tackling seventy five reps! The goal is to get this done in as little sets as possible, if you have to put the weights down you will have to perform twenty no push up burpees before moving on with the power cleans. Time to finish this year strong and make room for some 2019 goals!
