We are toning things done just a bit today. It has been a solid week of maxing and a ton of maxes have been completely shattered. Lets finish up our test week with some solid numbers on hang power snatches! For today’s pul ups we should aim to connect them into butterfly pull ups for a more efficient movement. If you need a refresher or need to learn the butterfly pull up drill we went through two weeks ago make sure to come in early to class to practice it before the workout.
