Final Open Workout!!!! Time to finish things off strong with a spicy one! This one might look a bit familiar, so you should be very familiar with the standards! 33-27-21-15-9: Thrusters (95/65) Chest-to-bar pull-ups Time cap: 20 minutes

HUMP DAY!!! We are taking a break from the pull up bar and the barbells today with this fun workout. We should be getting a pretty nice rump pump!! 4 Rounds: 100ft. Walking Lunges 15 Hollow Rocks 10 DB. Power Cleans (50’s/35’s)


This is my guess for this week’s final Open workout. I would assume it will more than likely be with dumbbells though. Hopefully it isn’t something this nasty, but come on in and get it!!! 30-20-10: Chest to Bar Pull-Ups Thrusters (95/65)
